PAYMENT TERMS
All orders will be shipped C.O.D. "Certified Funds" until Dealer bank information has been approved by Advantage Performance. Before a line of credit may be established, the Dealer must fill out a credit application. Incomplete applications will be returned. Please allow 14 days for us to process your application and establish a credit limit. Credit terms are outlined in the credit application. A returned check (for any reason) will place an account on a C.O.D "Certified Funds" basis, and a $25.00 charge will be assessed. Orders under $25.00 will be subject to a $5.00 service fee.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
MasterCard and Visa are now accepted for payment at the time of invoice. However, a surcharge of 3% of the invoice total will be added if you choose to settle any open account by credit card after we have extended 30 days or more of terms credit.

PRICES
Retail prices listed in both our catalog and wholesale price list are suggested only. Annual and volume discounts are available. Please refer to the current Advantage Performance Price List. We make every effort to maintain accurate pricing. However, all prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERING
We sell our products to legitimate Motorcycle Dealers and Motorcycle Accessory Dealers only. Approved dealers will receive an account # and our Wholesale price list. You may order Toll-Free by Telephone, Fax, or a Sales Rep will call on you. When you order, please use your account # and the part #’s listed in your Wholesale Price list to maximize accuracy.

BACK ORDERS
Back orders that are available within 20 days of the original order will be shipped automatically unless instructed otherwise at time of order. Back orders are automatically cancelled after 30 days. Should you need your order to be held over, you must inform us prior to the end of that 30-day period. Per your request only, we will then extend your back order another 30 days, after which, it will be permanently cancelled. You may place a re-order at that time.

FREIGHT POLICY
Ground Transportation in the Continental United States will be chosen and pre-paid by us on invoices that total $300.00 or more. If your shipment has damaged merchandise at the time of delivery, the claim is the responsibility of, and must be filed with the Carrier, not Advantage Performance. We will be glad to assist you in a claim against the Carrier. This policy also applies to partially lost shipments. When your order is delivered via "Our Truck" we will not accept responsibility for damaged product, or short quantity after you have signed our invoice to the contrary.

DROP SHIP
Drop shipments are available. Fees include: $5.00 service charge, $3.00 UPS residential delivery fee and standard freight charges. California sales tax will be charged on all invoices that are drop shipped to any California address. This does not apply to any Dealer that has provided us with a current CALIFORNIA resale permit. Invoices are mailed to dealers and only a packing list is shipped with the order to your customer. All drop shipment requests must be faxed in.

WILL CALL
Dealers are welcome to "Will Call" their orders at our warehouse. Please allow a 1-hour notice to assure that your order is ready when you arrive. "Will Call" hours are from 9:30 to 5:00 Monday-Friday. Will Call orders must be paid via company check, credit card, or you must have an account established with us. Will call orders may not be paid with cash!

WARRANTY
Advantage Performance Distributing makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral, written or other, to purchasers. Many of the items that we distribute have warranties provided by the product manufacturer. We will on the Dealers behalf, make every reasonable effort to obtain warranty authorization from a product’s manufacturer, and will notify the Dealer when a warranty has been issued, or declined by the product manufacturer. Warranty returns must be returned to us "Freight Pre-Paid".

RETURNS
No product may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). Dealers can receive a RMA # by calling or faxing a request to us. Issuance of a RMA # does not guarantee that a credit will be issued or that an exchange will be made. "Close Out" and "Discontinued" items may not be returned.
Return authorizations will only be issued to legitimate APD dealers. APD does not accept returns from retail customers nor will a call tag be issued for shipping errors to any retail customer. All returns must be returned by the billed dealer.

We will issue a call tag for our shipping errors.
We will issue a credit in the amount of the original invoice to the dealers account for shipping errors.
We must be notified of any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours from your receipt of a shipment to be eligible for a credit.
Dealers must pre-pay all freight charges on all other returns. We will not accept any C.O.D. or freight collect returns.
To be eligible for credit, all returned product must be in re-sellable condition (original package without damage, etc.).
Returns that are not defective or due to a shipping error are subject to a 20% re-stock charge.
Please allow 5-7 working days after your return has been received at our office for a credit to be issued. We will mail a copy of the credit to you.
